A warm welcome to my new subscribers, I am grateful to be able to greet you here. As I myself am finding my way around Substack I want to explain difference between the two Substack Profiles that I am writing on.

When I wake up in the morning I am looking forward to embrace my morning ritual, yoga, meditation, lighting a candle and pulling an oracle card. This is how it feels like:
I open the drapes
the morning sun
greeting me
warming my heart
I open the window
breathing in
this fresh new start
I open my eyes
to the beauty down there
the colors, the textures,
the movements, the shapes
and in my amazement
I get really quiet
enjoying each moment
between the heartbeats.

For me, meditation is not just a practice; it is a transformative journey that connects our mind, body, heart, spirit and soul. Through meditation, we can embark on the journey from the head to the heart to the soul and cultivate positive emotions such as gratitude, compassion, and joy, leading to a more fulfilling and contented life.
Meditation is known to have a multitude of health and wellness benefits and I can really say that I’ve been never as physically well as right now. I stick to my daily meditation practice now since 2 and a half years. I have discovered so many parts of myself since then. I make more conscious choices and am aware quickly of my limiting beliefs. Meditation was a life-saver for me.
I created the meditation course
“Listen To Your Heart - 30 days of exploration to find your unique way of meditation”
which starts tomorrow, on August 31st with a first Zoom Meeting. With subscribing to the Love-Eyes Substack you will automatically be included in the Meditation Practice Section and receive the daily emails.
In this enchanting and transformational course, I will take you on a tour through the various possibilities of meditation practices. You will weave your very own tapestry of methods to craft your very own unique meditation practice.
You will learn how to establish a consistent meditation habit that can easily be implemented into your unique lifestyle. Learn how to transform your life, create new healthy habits and a strong positive mindset through the power of meditation.
In this course we will explore 14 different ways to meditate and how to build a consistent routine with not much time effort. I will provide personal guidance through daily meditation instructions via e-mail and feedback that you give to me. We will also have three online group meetings (at the beginning, in the middle and end of the course) to connect with like-minded people and feel supported on your journey
